What Shark, Tarte, Swoveralls and DudeRobe found on TikTok Shop

Each one is public, and the source sits under it.

Shark, August 2026

Shark Home climbed from No. 10 to No. 2 on TikTok Shop's revenue ranking, with $12.91 million in sales at $201.12 an item. Affiliates brought in $12.30 million of it.

What it shows

Affiliates made almost all of Shark's sales, at the highest price per item in the top 10. On TikTok Shop, the creators selling for you are your sales team.

Swoveralls and DudeRobe, 2026

Over four months, the two brands shipped 4,752 samples and signed up 21,365 affiliates. They spent more than $2 for every $1 of TikTok Shop sales, before the cost of goods, and 38 of those affiliates made 80% of the affiliate sales.

What it shows

Sending to everyone cost more than it brought in, and 38 people made most of the affiliate sales. Find the creators who already sell in your category before anything ships.

Tarte, 2023

Tarte ran a 12-hour livestream from its office, with its own employees on camera. It averaged 25,000 viewers, and 70% of the shoppers didn't follow Tarte on TikTok. Tarte also saw a triple-digit lift at its retailers on products featured in TikTok Shop.

What it shows

Most of the buyers didn't follow Tarte, and the same products sold more at its retailers. The shop's own sales number leaves that out.

Said on the record

“You could very easily run a very unprofitable TikTok business by just giving samples away to a million creators. So, unless you create a system where people are truly incentivized to create good content for you, most people are just going to be hovering around.”
Kent Yoshimuraco-founder of Neuro

The Anatomy of a Dream, March 2026

“[TikTok Shop] is the first significant social commerce that we've seen in the U.S.; we don't have any other channels like this right now, where we're both getting branding content out in the world and producing direct revenue from it.”
Sam KitainCMO of Tarte

Why TikTok Shop fails for most brands

What people running creator programs at Jones Road and Ridge have said

“I don't want to start with three creators. Like I'd rather start with 20”

Why it happensCody Plofker of Jones Road, launching a creator program. Nobody knows ahead of time which few creators will sell, so a handful can't tell you anything.

“The way that we were rewarding creators probably overvalued the delivery of content”

Why it happensRidge, on its May 2026 contest for TikTok Shop affiliates. Too many creators posted about its wallets without selling much, and not many of those videos became ads that sold.

What most TikTok Shop programs look like

  • Free product sent to thousands of creators nobody checked, and almost nobody posts.
  • A flat fee for every post, on an app where follower counts barely matter.
  • Contests that pay for posting, and a pile of low-quality videos that don't sell.
  • Judging it on the shop's own sales number, while some of the sales it brings land on Amazon and in stores.

Who we work with

Brands that sell on TikTok Shop, or are about to. You're the founder or you run marketing, and you want creators posting and selling your products every month.

Brands already on TikTok Shop

A shop that's open, some affiliates posting, and sales that have gone flat

Brands about to open a shop

Products that could sell there, and a team that wants it set up right from the start

Health and wellness brands

Supplements, drinks, skincare and other things people buy again, with every claim kept inside TikTok's rules

What brands get

01

Creators who already sell

We find creators with a record of selling on TikTok Shop, send them product, and get them posting with your product link.

02

A private creator community

Your best creators in one private group, with coaching, perks and content review to keep them posting. The group and the creator list are yours.

03

Your best videos become ads

The videos that sell get ad money behind them on TikTok, and with the creator's OK they run in your Meta ads too. TikTok Shop rights are the cheapest per video content available.

04

You see what each creator sells

A weekly report with the posts that went live, the top videos and what each creator sold.

Working with us, step by step

  1. 1

    We learn your brand

We learn your value propositions and how you want the product framed. We also study your competitors on TikTok Shop: which videos sold, which fell flat.

  2. 2

We set the shop up properly

If you're not on TikTok Shop yet, we set it up properly as a marketplace and get the right products listed.

  3. 3

We bring in creators who sell

We find creators already selling in your category, send them product, and get those affiliates selling.

  4. 4

    We brief and coach them

A single page brief on a real complaint your buyers have, then coaching and content review in your private creator group. Creators only make the claims you approve.

  5. 5

We keep the ones who sell

We do this split every month: we cut the weak ones and keep the strong ones, so we're always testing new creators and keeping the best team.

  6. 6

    We scale what works

Then we put ads behind the winners on TikTok, move the best videos into your Meta ads, and keep growing your creator network.

Why work with us

We've studied what sells on TikTok Shop

We've gone through hours of podcast interviews where the people running it at Ridge, HexClad, Jones Road and Neuro explain what sold and what lost money.

01

We'll tell you if it isn't a fit

If your product doesn't suit the shop, the audit says so before you spend anything on it.

02

You keep what we build

The private creator group and the creator list are yours at the end.

03

Health and wellness is one of our core lanes

Creators share their own experience and never make a direct health claim. It's been the day job, eight hours a day, for two-plus years.

04

Over the last year, we've worked across 55+ brands and helped companies 2-3x Black Friday launches.

Questions brands ask us

What does a TikTok influencer marketing agency do?

We get creators posting and selling your products on TikTok Shop. We find the ones who already sell in your category, send them product, keep the ones who sell in a private creator group, and put ads behind their top videos.

How do TikTok Shop affiliates get paid?

A commission on every sale through their product link, and you set the rate. Some brands add bonuses or contests on top, but if you do too many contests as an incentive, you actually risk getting too much low-quality content.

Do we need a TikTok Shop already?

No. If you're not on TikTok Shop yet, the audit shows whether your products fit it, and we set the shop up before any creator posts. If you're already on it, we grow what you have.

Is TikTok Shop profitable?

On its own, often not. We expect the shop's own profit and loss to look terrible. However, you're going to have uplift in everything else: Tarte saw a triple-digit lift at its retailers on products it featured in TikTok Shop. It isn't automatic, though. Swoveralls and DudeRobe sent samples to thousands of creators and found no lift on Amazon.
