- All 41 together sold $55.3 million in September. 23 grew on August and 18 shrank.
- The five that fell hardest, down 56% to 84%, each had fewer than 4,000 creators linked.
- Milamiamor's 15 Day Cleanse had sold 1.4 million units by May 2024, FastMoss reported. In September 2026 the shop sold $114,102, down 72% on August.

What O Positiv's founder sees
O Positiv joined TikTok in October 2023, one of the first brands on it, its co-founder says. In September it was up 17.9%.
“If you look at the top health brands on TikTok Shop, they're the top health brands in general, right? They're the top health brands on Amazon, they're the top health brands in retail because there's this halo that comes from TikTok that I haven't seen since the early days of Meta.”

What TikTok lets you sell
- Supplements are a restricted category. You complete TikTok's category qualification before you list, and listing without approval breaks TikTok Shop's policies.

- Products and supplements that claim to aid weight management or fat reduction are on TikTok's prohibited list. So is a product with GLP-1 in its title or branding, unless it's clearly sold as support for people already on GLP-1 medication.

What a creator says about your product counts as much as what you say, and a commission on every sale pushes them to say more.
